1. Booking transport
Transport can be booked via the reservation form on teslataxi.sk. By submitting the form, the customer sends a binding transport request. The minimum booking time is 1 hour before the requested pickup time.

Terms & Conditions
Clear rules for booking and transport service. Booking through the web is a binding request – we always confirm the final price before the ride.
2. Service area
The service is provided within the city of Kosice and approximately 50 km from the city center. Addresses outside this area may not be served.
3. Vehicle capacity
The maximum number of transported passengers is 4 per ride. Luggage transport is possible within reasonable limits. In case of oversized luggage, the customer must inform us in advance.
4. Transport price
The estimated transport price is calculated automatically after entering the route based on sector pricing. The final price may be adjusted depending on current conditions. Surcharges: - Night (22:00-06:00): +20% - Morning rush (07:00-09:00, Mon-Fri): +30% - Afternoon rush (15:00-18:00, Mon-Fri): +30%
5. Booking confirmation
A booking is considered binding only after confirmation by the operator via email, phone, or another agreed method. The operator commits to respond within 5 minutes.
6. Booking cancellation
The customer may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge no later than 2 hours before the agreed pickup time. For cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup, the operator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the transport price.
7. Customer obligations
Provide truthful information, be ready for pickup at the agreed time, follow driver instructions, and treat the vehicle with care.
8. Waiting time
The driver waits a maximum of 5 minutes from the confirmed time. After that, the ride is considered not accepted.
9. Refusal of transport
The operator may refuse or terminate transport in case of aggressive behavior, obvious intoxication, safety threats, or violation of these terms.
10. Liability for damage
The customer is liable for damage to the vehicle, including interior contamination beyond normal wear.

12. Final provisions
These terms are valid from the date of publication. The operator reserves the right to reasonably amend them. Last update: February 2025.
